    In the event that you receive the wrong product or an incomplete order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Perishable Goods:
    Due to the perishable nature of our poultry and fish products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened or partially consumed. We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery.

    If a return is approved, we may request that you return the product in its original packaging. We will provide you with detailed instructions and, if necessary, a prepaid shipping label.

3. Refunds and Replacements

    After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Replacements:
